We fit Velux roof windows into new and existing roofs.
The window sits in the slope of the roof, with the tiles or slates worked back in around its frame. The photos on this page are from plain tile roofs we laid for Wicken Group at Wicken Bonhunt.
Once your builder has put the dormer up, H&M Roofing roofs it.
That suits homeowners whose dormer is being built by a builder, and builders who want a roofer to finish it.
Very professional company - would highly recommend. Tom and the team were quick to resolve a leak on our flat roof. Great communication throughout, reasonably priced and got the job done to a high spec quickly. Would certainly use again for any roofing work, thank you.
We were recommended H&M roofing by a friend of a friend. They came out to us when they said they would to quote for replacing our flat roofs on two porches. We were extremely happy with the quote and the work.

Lead flashings and valleys at the junctions where water gets in: where a roof meets a wall or another slope.
Roofs for new homes and multi-plot sites, in plain tile and slate, for builders and developers.
Worn slate and tiled roofs stripped back to the rafters and covered again with new underlay, battens and slates or tiles.
