Recent work includes two plots for Wicken Group at Wicken Bonhunt, near Saffron Walden, and two plots at Fordham.

Not quite. Replacing the roof on a house that already stands is re-roofing: the old covering comes off and a new one goes on. Our Re-Roofing page covers it.
